With over 7000 square feet of open living space on 3 levels and 4
bedrooms with 5 full baths, this luxury home can accommodate 8-12
guests. The living room, kitchen, dining area and basically all areas
except the bedrooms, are open to nature but covered for comfort. Each
of the extremely spacious air conditioned bedrooms can be closed for
privacy and have their own spacious bathrooms with all the amenities
you would require – including hair dryers. A private parking area sits
below the house and a private security guard provides tremendous peace
of mind!
The massive bedrooms include 3 with King beds and 1bedroom with a
Queen bed along with three full size convertible beds. Each of the
opulent bathrooms features European style shower heads and extremely
modern fixtures. The balconies outside of each of the bedrooms have
their own sitting area and unique views. On the master bedroom patio,
there is a large Jacuzzi that can accommodate up to 6 people.
The suspended infinity pool is extremely unique with a large viewing
window, bar surrounding the pool and a sunning deck. Situated off of
the kitchen, this is truly a swim up bar!. Monkeys love to walk on the
edge of the pool.
The modern kitchen, stainless steel appliances, large screen plasma
TV, music and video libraries and ceiling fans throughout the house are
just a few of the deluxe finishes in this home. The open floor plan
with very high ceilings, provides a very spacious feel and fantastic
scenery from every angle.
As for luxury, we offer daily maid and personal laundry service
(regular wash items only and minimal weekend hours), private security
guard and our personal Concierge Manager will assist with planning your
exciting vacation prior to your arrival, coordinate your transportation
from San Jose Airport and will handle all of your requirements such as
arranging car rental, scheduling spa treatments and tour reservations,
and any other request to ensure your stay is relaxing and stress free.
An optional personal Gourmet Chef is also available, if required, to
take care of all of your grocery shopping and prepare up to 3 meals per
day!

(less any damage) to be paid with final payment
Cancellation:
*Cancellation made 60 days or more prior to arrival, may be applied to
an alternte booking date.
*Cancellation made less than 60 days prior to arrival will result in
complete loss of deposit unless part or all of the dates can be rented
to another guest.
