The house features three elegant suites plus the master studio and 4
1/2 bathrooms, perfect for your family vacations to Costa Rica or just
a weekend fishing getaway to the Pacific. Two of the three suites
include two queen size beds in each room and full private baths with
sunken tubs. One of the Queen Suites features great views of the Manuel
Antonio beach and boasts its own large terrace complete with lounge
chairs and tables, while the other suite has a wonderful view of the
rainforest and jungle, where you are sure to have a monkey visit every
morning! The Master Suite, on the second level of this magnificent
vacation rental home features a king size bed, full private bath,
jacuzzi tub and a large fully-furnished veranda overlooking the sea.
The Master Studio has it's own separate entrance via the front terrace
and is perfect for added privacy . It is equipped with a full kitchen,
bathroom, living/dining area and bedroom with a king size bed, plus a
sleeper-sofa in living room. All suites have cable TV., telephones and
hair dryers. Each bedroom is completely separate to provide significant
privacy.
Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wine refrigerator,
large screen plasma TV and ceiling fans throughout the house and
covered patio areas, are just a few of the deluxe finishes in this
home. The open floor plan with 18 foot ceiling, provides a very
spacious feel and fantastic scenery from every angle.
While the interiors of this home are exquisite enough to make you
want to stay in and relax, the exterior open-air facilities that this
home boasts are the utmost in indulgence. The heated infinity swimming
pool will cool you down on a warm day and calm your senses, while the
sundeck will allow you that sun kissed glow of the tropics! Outside,
next to the pool we have a large size "Rancho" great for BBQ and
entertaining. There are twelve seats at the bar as well as seating for
12 people at the outdoor dining tables located next to the swimming
pool.
As for luxury, we offer daily maid and personal laundry service
(regular wash items only and minimal weekend hours), private security
guard and our personal Concierge Manager will assist with planning your
exciting vacation prior to your arrival, coordinate your transportation
from San Jose Airport and will handle all of your requirements such as
arranging car rental, scheduling spa treatments and tour reservations,
and any other request to ensure your stay is relaxing and stress free.
An optional personal Gourmet Chef is also available, if required, to
take care of all of your grocery shopping and prepare up to 3 meals per
day!

* $1,000 refundable damage deposit
(less any damage) to be paid with final payment
Cancellation:
*Cancellation made 60 days or more prior to arrival, may be applied to
an alternte booking date.
*Cancellation made less than 60 days prior to arrival will result in
complete loss of deposit unless part or all of the dates can be rented
to another guest.
