This luxury eco-friendly design was inspired by conservationist owners David Root and Evelyn Gallardo’s experiences protecting and photographing primates. The eclectic décor reflects their travels. The Master Bedroom was modeled after an African lodge they stayed at in Uganda. Unlike cold-built-to-rent vacation houses, there are singular touches and surprises to be appreciated around every corner of this lovingly detailed home. Its privileged position along the monkey corridor motivated the owners to enrich the environment through biodiversity. They’ve planted 50 fruit trees, eliminated overhead electrical cables, and installed a recycling water treatment plant.

Rental Terms & Conditions: -
* Pricing based on rental for 7 nights
* Inquire on pricing for less than 7 nights
* 50% of rental amount required to hold reservation
* Remaining 50% required 60 days prior to arrival
* $1,000 refundable damage deposit (less any damage) to be paid with final payment

Cancellation:
*Cancellation made 60 days or more prior to arrival, may be applied to an alternate booking date.
*Cancellation made less than 60 days prior to arrival will result in complete loss of deposit unless part or all of the dates can be rented to another guest.
